A note from your hosts
Welcome to Xàbia and thanks for considering our villa for your stay. Hosting is a pleasure because it lets us share a place and a town that we genuinely love with guests from all over the world. As frequent travelers ourselves, we know how important it is to arrive at a home that feels easy, comfortable and well prepared, so we try to think ahead for you.
In our free time we enjoy travelling, running, cycling and hiking, and Xàbia is perfect for all of these — from coastal walks and Montgó trails to quiet Montgó valley for a morning or evening run or ride. If you are into outdoor activities too, we are happy to share personal tips for routes, viewpoints and local spots so you can make the most of your trip.
The neighbourhood
Guests love that the neighbourhood feels peaceful and close to nature while still being just 2 km from Xàbia's old town and beaches. The villa sits in a quiet area with open views towards Montgó, perfect if you enjoy morning walks, running routes or simply relaxing on the terrace away from the busy, noisy areas. Within a few minutes by car, or a 25-minute walk, you reach the historic centre, the Arenal beach and the port area, where you'll find plenty of restaurants, tapas bars, cafés and shops to explore.
Xàbia itself is known for its beautiful coastline, hiking on Montgó Natural Park, weekly markets and family-friendly promenades, so there is always something to do whether you prefer outdoor activities, local food or just strolling by the sea.
The house
A quiet finca, held between mountain and sea.
Whitewashed walls, cool tile floors, wooden beams and arched windows framing the Montgó. Long lunches on the terrace, siestas in the shade, evenings around the fireplace when the wind turns. Finca Seruva is the Spain you remember — unhurried and generous.

The great limestone shoulder of the Montgó rises straight from the garden — a natural park at the doorstep, walking trails on one side, the Mediterranean on the other.
